Title: The Redeemers
Author: Kate Morgan
Publisher:  Dark Recesses Press
Long after the Great War life flourished again, in no small part due to The Redeemers' help and guidance. It was a simple life, but a good one. Annie's world made sense...until one fateful day when everything of value is ripped from her.
With nothing left to lose, Annie embarks upon a quest for the dark, disturbing truth of why - never imagining how deep the trail leads.

The Redeemers has a very interesting plot. People who saved the world are actually evil plotters? I'm sure that intrigues almost everyone.
Amy was an okay character. I didn't really love her but I didn't hate her either. She felt very weak and predictable at times. However, she knew how to make good decisions and she knew who to trust and who not to. She had a mind of her own and I liked that.

Siobhan was such a cute character. She always made me smile for some reason. She was always so cheery and chipper unless she needed to be serious. She was optimistic and I admired that.

Jack was another okay character. I didn't like his relationship with Amy because it was just inappropriate considering all that had happened. Both Amy and Jack were at fault in this relationship. It did keep things pretty interesting though.

Writing Style:
Kate Morgan has an amazing writing style. It's beautiful to read but for some reason, I kept dozing off during the middle of the book. I guess it was just the plot.

This book was very enjoyable and had an interesting plot. However, there could have been more character and world development. I give this 3.5 out of 5 stars
